Here at Comma Comma, we truly appreciate when you greatly enjoy using our products. We’re always here to answer questions, offer suggestions, and help you in general.

Return Window 

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. 

Return Eligibility

Due to the nature of paper goods, we don't accept returns for change of mind. However, if your planner arrives with significant damage to the interior pages, we are happy to make it right! Please note that all returned items are inspected upon receipt. Items must be in their original packaging. We cannot accept retursn for items that have been opened or show no structural damage.

How to Start a Return

To begin a return: 

• Email us at hello.comma.comma@gmail.com with your order number and reason for your return. 
• Await instructions for mailing your return back to us. 

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, we will proceed with a replacement or a full refund depending on your preference. Refunds are processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to officially post the refund.

Any returns sent back without approval may not be accepted. Thank you!
